I mean, you can buy paneer from any Indian store or replace paneer with ricottacheese. In one process, it’s preferred to use sweetened and solidified milk(khoya), while others like to use condensedmilk
mix the RicottaCheese, Raspberry and the CondensedMilk well. I had some raspberries and so thought of preparing some sweet with it and a bulb glue to make kalakand which is my fav sweet
* We can also skip milk powder, sugar and use condensedmilk instead. Just microwave with butter, condesed milk and ricottacheese, till you get a thick kalakand
the ricottacheese and condense milk is in room temperature as it helps in. This is a twist on a regular "kalakand" dessert recipe (popular cheese dessert which is easily available in Indian Sweet Stores)
I had some ricottacheese left after preparing Kalakand. Check for the Microwave Kalakand recipe here. Got bored of preparing gulab jamuns using ready made mix ,then this is for you
1-In a microwave safe large bowl add ricottaCheese and CondensedMilk,Stir with a whisk so that ricottacheese lumps are dissolved. 7-Now kalakand is ready,Cut into square pieces and serve. RicottaCheese-1 can(you can also use paneer/indian cottage cheese). Sweetened CondensedMilk-400 gm
