Rendang or mostly known as rendang daging or beef rendang is typically Indonesian spicy beefcurry that cooked slowly with constant gentle stirring for several hours until the spices got dark brown color when it well caramelized
I tasted flavors from cities like Bangkok and Pattaya, fresh seafood by the beaches in Phuket, Northern delicacies in Chiang Mai, and street food noodle soups and stir fries near the Golden triangle, where Laos, Burma and Thailand meet by the Mekong river
