My recipe for che is made with fruits that you might have tasted before …well most of them like lychee, mango, jackfruit topped with coconut milk & sweetened condensed milk
- Lychee Tea. You can use Gelatin, Konnyaku ( こんにゃく ) or even AgarAgar to make this yummy dessert. For this recipe, I am using AgarAgar for a firmer texture

add chop apples or any fruit you want then add lychee with juice and then Agar cut in small squares and chill (with Agar follow instruction on the package this is optional)
