It showcases the plump, juicy berries in their naturally tart state, complemented instead by other sweet ingredients – apples, pineapple, and fluffy marshmallows, floating in a thick but light, creamy, vanilla-infused dressing
The cake is butter-y vanilla with chewy shreds of coconut, the custard is tart passion fruit and studded with crunchy dark seeds and the meringue is a nice marshmallow cloud to top it all off, toasted to a nice caramel brown
