I’ve been given the wonderful opportunity again to share my knowledge in regards to Buckwheat Flour and Quinoa Flour recipes that use no added starches, are yeast free, gluten free and that are dairy and egg free when possible
the only gluten free bread that does not need to be toasted to be delicious with excellent texture. batter preparation and baking is straight forward, with no hidden problems
Place all ingredients except fruit and nuts in bread machine according to manufactures directions. Or add the fruit and nuts at the cycle of fruit and nuts on the bread machine
My yeast-free version of my quinoabread has a few small changes. So if you’re a sandwich (or toast lover), but your body does not tolerate yeast, it can be hard to find a bread recipe that you can actually enjoy
It's yeast free too, so no waiting around for it to rise and no candida issues. I often use rice flour for this but in a chocolate cake recipe I made recently I decided to use quinoa flakes and wow, they worked out really well in that recipe so I threw them in this one too
The only difference is the use of buckwheat flour to replace quinoa flour. Ingredient list has a bare minimum of essentials for the gluten free yeastbread, with no extras, and includes only yeast, sugar, salt, oil/butter and xanthan gum

In terms of taste it is a good, if not excellent quality, white sandwich bread, but it is not my favourite, I like my more dense and chewy, grey in colour bread, made from more heavy flour mix with buckwheat and quinoa flours, and with coarse flaxseed meal, adding a nice bite to the texture of the bread
