I served the steaks with the roasted butternut squash, but mashed potatoes would be fab as well. Spice Parisienne, a blend of white peppercorns, nutmeg, paprika, clove buds, thyme, cinnamon, basil, savory and bay leaves, tastes as good as it sounds

Chicken Parisienne from Carrie's Experimental Kitchen. I grew up in the 70's and 80's (yeah, I'm old) and my mom was still cooking foods from her era such as Beans and Corn Bread, Spam Sandwiches and of course Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes (usually from a box)
The Parisienne Gnocchi was light as a feather and practically melted in my mouth. I teamed up with my friend Debi to host a Mac and Mash party, an ode to our favorite carbs, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes
