Very good condiments with sambar, rasam & variety rice. Dice the eggplant in oval or circle shape. Kathirikai (Eggplant) - 5 (medium)Turmeric powder - 1/4 spnCurrypowder (or) kuzhambumilagaithool - 3 spnTamarind paste - 1/4 spnRawrice powder - 3/4 spnSalt - to tasteOil - As required for shallow fryMethod. Mix Currypowder, turmeric powder, tamarind paste, rice powder, salt with 1 spn oil. Apply this paste evenly on all sides of the eggplant and marinate for 10mins
