They seem to be a reoccurring theme at Whole Foods Markets -- they were at our Beacon Hill Whole Foods, our West Newton Whole Foods, and now they are sitting in our Providence Whole Foods' salad bar (which is more like a salad island)
Couscous, or cuscusu, hearty pastas (pasta with wild fennel and sardines, sea urchin pasta with parsley and tomatoes), incredibly fresh seafood, vegetables (such as artichokes), citrus, capers, olives, fresh ricotta, bottarga (salted fish roe), and wild fennel (which grows all over the island) are staples
The menu at Chapel Grile is vast and the focus is on Mediterranean flavors and is heavy on seafood, which is exactly what I want to see when dining on the east coast
