Sevmamra is an Indian snack. This can be eaten on it's own as a snack or used for toppings on bhel puri and other Indian street foods such as pani puri, ragda patis, sev puri etc
Mix it with roasted rice flakes (mamra) and make another savory snack, use it in bhel or other chaat recipes or make this famous Gujarati recipe Sev Tameta nu Shaak (a side dish for rotis made from sev and tomatoes with spices)
With that in mind, it is unto these delicious slices of memories then that we toast our spicy and simple, cheery and chipper Churmuri – packed with oodles of Edamame goodness and scrumptious salad-bar slices, with a splash of mustard oil and masalas for a piquant punch, green chillies for a pop of heat, peanuts and papdis for crunch, a generous drizzle of sev, cilantro and lime for zest
To make this easy puffed rice snack we will need puffed rice (murmura), sev, oil, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, hing, salt and peanuts
