Cookies & Creme No-Bake Cheesecake by Hapa-tite. I wanted to deviate a bit from the expected, and so I opted for a thick shortbreadcrust as opposed to a graham cracker crust
It uses a typical short bread butter cookiecrust which is super easy to make from scratch, but if you want to do a shortcut for the crust, they do have those pre-made ones at the store

So many cookies, so little time, right. Spoon raspberry jam over the cheesecake and with a toothpick or spoon tip, carefully swirl jam into the top of the filling, making sure not to disturb the crust
In large springform pan, press the cookiesmixture only in the bottom of the pan (Not the sides). In separate bowl, combine crushed cookies with melted butter

Using shortbread and a chocolate ginger cookie to make the crust, I topped it with cookie butter cheesecake which took on a firmer consistency than regular cheesecake (blame the dough already present in the cookie butter) but was still tasty as ever
Set springform on a cookie sheet. Pour mixture into prepared crust. Using your clean fingers, press the mixture evenly onto the bottom and sides of the pan
