As you know tofu tastes bland, so you need some sauce or gravy to make it delicious, I thought I will use the gravy of my matar paneer (Indian cottage cheese with green peas) to this dish

Drain the pieces on a paper towel and use the rest of the oil/butter in the pan to make the gravy. Once they are lightly cooked, add the ginger garlic paste and fry it for a minute more

Stuffed Capsicum in Gravy

Grated paneer (or tofu) for topping. Fill each capsicum with soy fillings and sprinkle grated paneer (or tofu) on top
