Using a slotted spoon remove onto a wire rack. It so happens that one of my friends and neighbor is half Polish and she had sent over some frozen pierogis for Christmas last year
So, as mashed potatoes are her first favorite food, pierogies are a close second. I believe in short cuts when I know my own skill level limitations and making fresh pierogies is on my list of limitations
