I used a blender on the Liquefy setting but I'm sure a food processor or a Vitamix. The original recipe called for heavy cream but my waistline does not require that
Vegan Creamof Asparagus Soup…a healthy, clean eating Vitamix recipe made with whole food ingredients and is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and paleo-friendly
I have a Vitamix. Cover the inside of the square with cashew cream. Tomatoesof every shape, size, and color are flowing out of the garden with exceptional speed
The texture of the soup is creamy, but unless you have one of those super powerful Vitamix-style blenders, it will likely have some texture from the cashews
Just put everything into a Vitamix and it's ready to go. Creamy Mushroom Sauce. I love summer and all the varieties oftomatoes it brings and this Cherry Tomato with Spinach Pesto recipe is perfect to use with your summer tomatoes
Coconut cream and fresh mint give this soup another layer of flavor. This chilled watermelon soup pleased even my pickiest child…once they got past the idea ofsoup being cold

I love that the concept is based on the use of high-powered blenders such as the NutriBullet or Vitamix, *yet we all know (if not, I’m telling you now) that any food processor or blender will work as a means toward creating blended soups/smoothies, etc
Once roasted with some onions, garlic, tomatoes and spices, drizzled in olive oil, then blended with vegetable stock (I make my own but use what you have available), the parsnips are transformed into a delicious, fragrant, creamy (but without using cream) soup
I threw everything into my Vitamix, and was left with this awesome sauce. I’ve made a delicious vegan version of my favorite pasta dish, Vodka TomatoCream Sauce, by simply using cashew cream instead of heavy cream
The dollop of crème fraîche adds a touch ofcreamy decadence to the refreshing gazpacho, but you can also skip the crème fraîche and use fresh lump crab in season, like I did
