I had already declared that Thursday night was going to be leftover night, and I realized I had bought a garlic pizza dough from Trader Joe’s that needed to be used up, so I ended up making pizza withleftover Italian sausage and baby spinach
They’re an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink kind of dish and you can toss in whatever ingredients you have on hand in your pantry or fridge- leftover roasted veggies, shredded Rotisserie chicken, canned beans, you name it
I happened to make this pizza as a lazy lunch option with the leftovers I had in my fridge. People on diet too can relish this pizza by switching to some whole wheat Naan (you have so many variety available now) and loading it with more veggies and less cheese
At times when I don’t have time or desire to cook it’s easy to order pizza. Most available variety found in our local stores is Stonefire brand with two naan in one package
